Does Pali GRC work with my system?
Yes, as long as you have internet access and can run web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge you can use Pali GRC alongside any existing systems.
I have multiple team members. Can I get multiple account logins and control permission settings?
Yes, each user will receive a unique account and you can have control over any combination of what different users can see and do.
I have a specific requirement which doesn't seem to be addressed. Do you do custom work?
We are always interested in ways to improve Pali GRC and are absolutely open to any customisation requirements you may have. Please contact us with details and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Security

Is my data backed up and secure?
We take security and business continuity very seriously. Your data is securely backed up to remote sites multiple times per day and we have secondary and tertiary systems ready to be used in the event of any interruption to service. All data is encrypted and housed within Australia.
Do I need a secure login?
Yes, every user of Pali GRC has their own login.
Does Pali GRC support MFA?
Yes, every user is able to configure Multple Factor Authentication (MFA) on their account.

Billing

I have multiple team members, does that cost extra?
No, we believe that good governance involves everyone in the organisation, regardless of the number of users, and we encourage wide use of Pali GRC to provide great governance and improve corporate compliance culture.
How often will I be billed?
Our usual terms are to bill quarterly in advance.

Support

Do you provide training and support?
Yes, training and support are included. There are no extra charges.
How do I access support?
The best way is to use our support portal, which is linked under your account within the application. Alternatively, please send us an email at support@ccoframeworks.zendesk.com, including as much detail of the issue you are experiencing as possible. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
How long would it take to customise and implement Pali GRC in our unique environment?
Ordinarily, we will have you up and running within a few days. Training, implementation, and any customisation are usually complete within two weeks.
